Handled makes custom-label spirits for companies hosting an event, a conference, or a room you care about. You choose the spirit and the line. We design the label, bottle it, and ship to the venue or direct to each recipient.

Built for a room, not a catalog drop
Tell us the event, the spirit, and whether bottles are handed out on site or shipped after. The quote is built from that, including any bottles you want held for people who were not in the room.

Ideas by budget
We don't publish prices. An event program is quoted on the spirit, the label, the list, and whether it ships to the venue, to each person, or both.
- The room. One custom-label bottle for each person on the list you name.
- The people you want back. The same label, with gift boxes optional, for the shorter list.
- After the event. Bottles shipped direct once you have the addresses, instead of handed out on site.

Venue delivery or direct to each guest
- One location. A single delivery to the venue, the suite, or your office before you travel. Your team hands them out.
- Direct to each recipient. Upload the list after the event, or before it. Each person gets a bottle at their own address.
Gift boxes are optional. Useful if you are handing bottles out in a room. Skip them if the bottle is shipping on its own.
Our licensed retailer partners ship to most US states; eligibility is confirmed at checkout. An adult 21+ must be present to receive each delivery. Do not plan to serve from these bottles at the event. They are gifts to take home.
Plan backward from the event date

If addresses are not final until after the event, say so. Direct shipments can follow the venue delivery.
What it costs and how you pay
Every program is quoted. Corporate gifting is paid upfront once you approve the quote. Request one with the event and the date, or write lfd@handledspirits.com.
Can we hand bottles out at the event?
Yes. We can ship the program to one location, such as the venue or your office, and your team hands the bottles out. These are gifts to take home, not bottles to pour at the event.
Can bottles ship to people after the conference?
Yes. Upload the recipient list and each bottle goes direct. You can also split a program: some bottles to the venue, the rest direct to each recipient.
Who should be on an event list?
The people you most want to see again. You choose the list. Every recipient must be 21 or older.
When should we start for a conference date?
Lead time is about 12 weeks. Put the event date on the quote and we'll tell you if it works.
Are gift boxes required for an event?
Gift boxes are optional. Add them on the quote if you want them.
