While we weren’t in the distillery ourselves (we leave that to the experts), we selected this 8 year traditional mashbill ourselves, tasted through the barrels, and picked the one that actually sounds like the name on the label - bold, a little untamed, built to leave a mark.
It's a special Limited-edition bourbon - and once this barrel is gone, it's gone - like a 28-3 lead. Pour it and you get real caramel and toasted oak up front, a little baking spice in the middle, and a finish that lingers instead of just disappearing - the kind of staying power only rivaled by a certain long snapper we know.
